Terms of Use
Applicable to every account on the UnifyGnosis knowledge validation platform.
1. Access is personal and granted, not acquired
Accounts are created by an administrator. Credentials are personal, may not be shared, and may be revoked at any time. Attempting to reach data or functions outside your assigned role is a breach of these terms.
2. Intellectual property
The platform, its classification rule library, its scoring and arbitration logic, and all curated and validated knowledge records remain the exclusive property of the operator. Nothing in your access grants a licence to reuse, republish or resell any of it.
3. No extraction, scraping or model training
You may not bulk-export, scrape, mirror or automate retrieval of the validated corpus, the rule library, the gold sets or generated answers, and you may not use any of it to train, fine-tune or evaluate third-party models without written permission.
4. No reverse engineering
You may not decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source, prompts or model configuration behind the served application, nor circumvent authentication, rate limits or access controls.
5. Confidentiality
Content you see may be commercially sensitive or supplied by third parties under confidentiality. Treat it as confidential and do not disclose it outside your organisation's agreed scope.
6. Answers are assistive, not authoritative
Generated answers may combine validated records with unvalidated general knowledge, which is labelled as such. The platform is a decision-support tool; it does not replace expert judgement, and no warranty of completeness or fitness for purpose is given.
7. Logging
Questions, answers, coverage evaluations and reported knowledge gaps are logged so subject-matter experts can improve the corpus. Do not enter personal data you are not entitled to process.
