Privacy Statement
Applicable to this website and to accounts on the UnifyGnosis platform.
Who is responsible
Lingua Franca Consulting operates UnifyGnosis and is the controller for the personal data described here. Customers who load their own content into a workspace remain controller for that content; we act as processor on their instructions.
Which data we process
The public pages of this website do not use tracking or advertising cookies. For account holders we store the e-mail address, the assigned role and workspace, security settings such as two-factor authentication, and an audit log of actions taken inside the platform. Knowledge records may contain names or other data supplied by the customer.
Why we process it
To provide access to the platform, to secure it against misuse, to keep validation decisions traceable, and to meet contractual and legal obligations.
How long we keep it
Account and audit data are kept for the duration of the agreement and removed afterwards unless a legal retention period applies. Administrators can request deletion of an account from inside the platform.
Sharing and location
Data is hosted with our infrastructure providers and is not sold or shared for advertising. Sub-processors act only on our instructions and under a data processing agreement.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and you may lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. Requests can be made through the contact page.
